About Activities

An Activity breaks a Work Order down into a smaller scope of work. Each activity can be a Parent Activity or a Child Activity, allowing an activity to contain other activities.

An activity can have up to six levels of child activities.

Each activity has Plan Progress, Actual Progress, and Recovery Progress, which can be set as percentages for each week.

Week Selector​

The Week Selector displays the weeks available during the Work Order's duration. Every Incremental Plan value you create is associated with the selected week.

Make sure you select the correct week before managing the Incremental Plan and Recovery Plan.

Changing the active week​

  1. Open the Work Order details page, then open the Input Plan menu.
  2. Click the Week Selector.
  3. Click the week you want to use.
