Activity Plans and Settings

Completing the Incremental Plan, Recovery Plan, and Quantity Plan

1. Select the week you want to manage using the Week Selector.
2. Click an activity to open the activity form.
3. Complete the Incremental Plan, Recovery Plan, or Quantity Plan as needed.
4. Changes are saved automatically. Click outside the form to close it.

Auto Calculate Weight

Auto Calculate Weight helps ensure that the total Weight Factor for all activities does not exceed 100%. You can use this feature after all activities have been created and the parent-child structure is correct.

The system divides 100 by the number of available activities to determine the initial value for each activity.

1. Open the Input Plan page.
2. Click the action icon to the right of Finalize Week Plan.
3. Click Auto Calculate Weight.
4. Check the Weight Factor for each activity.

Auto Calculate Plan

Auto Calculate Plan fills the Incremental Plan from the first week to the last week with equal values. The value is calculated by dividing 100% by the number of weeks between the Work Order's Start Date and End Date.

1. Open the Input Plan page.
2. Click the action icon to the right of Finalize Week Plan.
3. Click Auto Calculate Plan.
4. Check the Incremental Plan for each activity and each week.

Activity Settings

Activity Settings contains settings for all activities in the currently open Work Order, including start-date and activity predecessor settings.

1. Open the Input Plan page.
2. Click the action icon to the right of Finalize Week Plan.
3. Click Settings.
4. Adjust the required settings.
5. Click outside the dialog to close it.
