CBM Data is an integrated platform for creating and managing projects, assigning work, monitoring progress, and reporting performance. The platform is designed to improve efficiency and transparency in project management.

What can you do with CBM Data?

With CBM Data, you can:

1. create and manage projects;
2. assign and track tasks;
3. view progress and performance reports;
4. view work timelines; and
5. manage project resources.

Work management structure

CBM Data organizes work into four main levels:

Level	Function
Workspace	Stores all data and projects belonging to an organization or team.
Project	Groups work within a project scope.
Work Order	Holds work within a project that uses a three-level structure.
Activity	Breaks a Work Order down into smaller scopes of work.

:::tip Recommended sequence

Start by setting up a Workspace, complete the Master Data, and then create a Project. If the project uses three levels, add a Work Order to the project and manage its work details as Activities.
