About Project Health

Project Health is a collection of financial information used to monitor a Work Order's financial condition. It provides an overview of the contract value, budget, actual costs, and estimated revenue based on work progress.

Project Health components​

Plan Billing​

The planned revenue based on the contract value or agreement with the customer for a Work Order.

Plan Cost​

The cost budget allocated by the company to perform the work in a Work Order.

Actual Cost​

The total actual cost incurred and recorded by the Finance team while the work is being performed.

Earned Value​

The estimated revenue earned based on work progress. This value is calculated by multiplying Plan Billing by the project progress percentage.

Earned Value = Plan Billing × Project Progress
