About Projects and Master Data
Project groups all work within a broader scope. A Workspace can contain more than one project.
Each project generally has one Customer that provides one or more work items. Projects also use Master Data, which can be reused in other projects.
Opening Master Data
- Open the home page that displays the project list.
- Click the icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Select the Master Data you want to manage.
Master Data types
| Master Data | Description |

Status | The project's current condition. |
Material & Equipment | A list of materials and equipment that can be added to daily reports. |
Material & Equipment Category | Groups used to categorize materials and equipment. |
Project Type | The project type. |
Readiness Category | A category for the readiness menu. |
Tender | Supporting information for the tender menu. |
