What is the relationship between a Project and a Workspace?​

A Project belongs to a Workspace. A workspace can contain one or more projects.

Can I create an unlimited number of projects?​

The number of projects depends on your account plan. You can view the project limit on the Upgrade page.

What happens if I create a project without completing the Master Data?​

Fields that depend on Master Data will be empty. This may affect other features that use the data.

Why are project structures divided into two and three levels?​

Not every project requires work orders. A two-level structure is used for a project that only needs Project and Activity levels, while a three-level structure adds Work Order between them.
